Images we require
These are essential for us to visit to check we can work on your cooker. So if for some unlikely reason we cant we can then give you a refund without any penalty charge.
Make sure when you send the email to Service@tangwyncookers.co.uk put your name and postcode and we will add it to our engineers job sheet so they are aware of the images before any work on your cooker.
AGA pictures
The first image we require is with the burner door open so we can see the gas valve and he controls. We dont need to see a flame or anything just the valve. we recommend standing around 2 feet away from the AGA then getting your camera held low so it can see the valve and a little bit of the AGA logo.
For oil its the same process we just need to see what setting you have your thermostat on.
Second AGA Image
The second image we require is of the front of the AGA with all the doors shut. Like the first image stand around 2 feet back but take this image slightly higher so in the image you can see the bottom of the AGA to the top so you can see the thermometer and the lid handles.

Third image (optional)
The third image which is optional as it is only for any issues with the cooker which are able to be shown in a photo. If you cant dont worry just pop a comment on your email and we will try to make sure we have the parts to fix the issue on the day.
